Fürst Afrique DV Colt

Fürst Afrique (Sire Fürstenball / Dam Rosentanz (Rohdiamant), born July 2012, is a stunning colt, who will hopefully stay in the barn with us as we are quite fond of him.

His sire Fürstenball is the leading sire in the German young horse championships at the moment. Fürstenball is only 7 himself, so has very young prodigy only. He had 5 approved mares in the Elite Mare show in Rastede this year, 2014. Most amazingly they all came top ten ranking.

This is a top bred horse that has a bright future. 1st, 2nd, 5th,7th, & 9th. Unheard of!

The same happened at the Herwart v.d. Decken Schau in Verden – the elite mare show of the Hanoverian studbook. Fürstenball had nothing less than nine daughters selected and participating. Fürstenball was represented by two daughters in the final – and how did it go?

They became champion and reserve champion. Maybe we are talking about the new Donnerhall here, just a much more beautiful version. Fürst Afrique’s full brother, Frascati – only a year older, was selected to join the national stallion show as a possible breeding stallion in Denmark this year 2014.
